Palm oil is a leading commodity in Indonesia's agriculture sector that plays a significant role in improving the country’s economy. Whilst, PT Mustika Agung is established as one of the companies in plantation sectors that engaged in palm oil processing, located in Sumatra.
In building the company and expanding our plantation business, we are committed to proper land clearing process, without burning. With the vision of becoming a reliable palm oil company from upstream to downstream with professional and internationally standardized management, we have 6 missions to carry out.
First, building stakeholders prosperity. Second, building a professional, internationally standardized, integrated, and effectively and efficiently controlled company system and management. Third, building a good, strong, and trusted customer and supplier network both domestically and internationally.
For our waste management, we used a land application system by converting waste into natural fertilizer to be given free of charge to local farmers. In addition, we also applied anaerobic and aerobic bacteria development systems to our factory waste..
Fourth, building qualified human resources by always consistently providing education, training, and seminars. Fifth, building good and strong personal character for each individual at Mustika Agung through ethics, moral, and character training.
Working together with all stakeholders, we hope to achieve our humanitarian missions oriented towards providing education and training to enhance live skills for those people who has positive and good spirit in our surrounding society. All of these company missions are carried out by upholding company values of Mustika Agung, which are humbleness, excellency, loyalty, spirit for continuous learning, integrity, creativity and skill to adapt.
PT Mustika Agung also brings positive impact on farmers’ welfare and the national economy. Local farmers can sell fresh fruit bunches (FFB) directly at better prices than before, as they can be paid by cash at the factory.

Activities such as building places of worship, constructing public roads, helping natural disaster victims, providing basic necessities for the underprivileged and poor, are various activities we carry out as a real form of concern for the welfare of the local community.
