PALM KERNEL (PK)

Palm kernel oil is an edible vegetable oil derived from the oil palm. The fatty acid composition of palm kernel oil is similar to that of coconut oil, both known as lauric oils. Unlike red-orange palm oil, yellow palm kernel oil comes from the further processing of palm kernels.
